Jake’s™ E-Z-GO RXV Electric Long Travel 6-Inch Lift Kit (Years 2014-Up)

I’ll give you the facts you draw your own conclusion:
I spoke with Rick in Customer Service a total of 4 times (twice before placing my order and twice after I got informed of back ordered parts. The first two contacts were great and informative the last two were evasive and once I asked to speak with Matt White the owner they will not return my calls.Before ordering I sought technical advice and asked about inventory availability. I received prompt answers to my questions and was told all items I wanted would be shipped promptly. I was never informed that Connected Carts is an internet based company that drop ships all (or most) of its products from their vendors and don’t have inventory themselves. My cart project is a complete makeover with the order value over $5k. Entirely new lifted suspension, wheels/tires, rear seating, lighting, and Bluetooth audio system.
The problem is I was charged immediately for everything but the main components (the 6” lift kit) was back-ordered “perhaps in 6 weeks” I was told, but since it’s the main kit I needed the whole project is now on hold!
Having checked first with them and being told they had everything I wanted I’m obviously frustrated. After I asked to speak with Matt the owner they will not return my numerous calls now and he has never
called me. So I sit and wait frustrated for the rest of my order knowing that they already have my money and hope that eventually I get what I’ve ordered.
