Delayed. Pin Alignment is off - Bad Customer Service
First there was a delay in receiving the item in which a 5-10% discount was supposed to be applied. 2nd the pin alignment is off and I’ve sent multiple pictures and constant emails. I get auto replies saying the backend team has been trying to reach me, it sounds like a conversational bot replying. I’ve been back and forth for over a month and now they’re stating the return time has elapsed. Horrible customer service and experience. Stay away 0 stars if the system would allow it.
