Because this strip plugs directly into any existing LEDCast controller — a standalone 4-zone unit, or the built-in controller on an Elite series soundbar — expanding your lighting setup doesn't mean buying a full new kit every time. The RF remote and free SoundExtreme smartphone app are sold separately with those controllers, so if you're starting from scratch, you'll want one alongside this strip; if you're already in the ecosystem, this is the more economical way to add the longer coverage a 6-seat cart actually needs.
