I did not receive any installation instructions in my package. I did not know where the lock washers should be used? I watched a youtube video to figure out the installation which I think is correct.

I ordered this bag system for my new cart and when it came it wasn't the right one. With just 1 email the company sent the correct one and apologized for the confusion. GREAT customer service.
