    Orderd back steps for my forester 4 plus on April 28th. Haven’t gotten them yet. Sent a message on May 14 and still havent heard from them. Guess i call the bank

    I purchased a new Evolution 2+2 and the rear step was too high for my OLD friends. I bought rear step set from Converted Carts (CC) and they arrived in a timely manner and were very easy to install. LOVE the addition! One might have worked as I had a friend who also had a new cart. 2 definitely looks better.
    There was one problem and it was my fault! When you order, CC uses a third party order agent and while that shouldn't be a big deal, it is if you put an incorrect email with the order! When I didn't get a "GOT YOUR ORDER" email I reviewed and found my mistake. I wrote a note to CC and Matt responded and assured me all was OK and he had already made the correction. Thanks for assuring me that my order wasn't off in an email black hole and as previously noted, it arrived promptly! Thanks Matt!
