Fits perfectly. Quality design, manufacturing and finish. Very sturdy. I like that it requires no mods to the cart. Comes with bungies, but I also bought the cargo net and slide-out chair hangers. Also like that it only adds 4” to the length of rear end of the cart. Very pleased with this purchase. Will make carrying groceries and other cargo easier without taking up one of the seats.
